stay lagom was the best place in lithuania! cosy house, amazing sauna, helpful owner. beautiful nature, ponds, old tree. bukantė museum and cold war expo nearby. serene, private, no car sounds. comfortable beds, enough space for us all. loved the quiet, clean cabin, waking up to snow. hosts were kind. remote but gorgeous.

google maps directions were inaccurate.

A hidden gem nestled in nature with stunning views of a serene lake. The wooden cabin was spacious and cozy, complete with a sauna for ultimate relaxation. The friendly owners went above and beyond to accommodate us, even providing toys for our toddler. Despite the intermittent internet, it was refreshing to disconnect and fully embrace the tranquility of the surroundings. I highly recommend this idyllic retreat for a peaceful getaway.

The farmstead was spacious and well-maintained, with authentic tools and implements. We loved having the whole park to ourselves, especially enjoying the ponds and the very old chestnut tree. It was great that the Žemaitė Museum was only 7 km away and the Cold War exposition in Plokščiai was around 10 km from the hotel. Both attractions were definitely worth visiting.

Finding the hotel was a bit tricky as Google Maps was not helpful with directions due to the unnamed streets and inaccurate distances. It would have been helpful if the hotel provided descriptive directions or pictures of turns.

The cabin was incredibly peaceful and spotless, with stunning snowy views each morning. The surrounding national park offered fascinating attractions like the Cold War Museum and a breathtaking lake. The hosts were exceptionally accommodating and kind. The cabin had a cozy woodburner, perfect for keeping warm. The fully equipped kitchen included everything from cooking oil to BBQ equipment. The homestead had spacious grounds for walking and playing. The hostess was friendly, available, and incredibly helpful. The nearby village had an enchantingly old wooden church and graveyard. Communication with the host was excellent. The location was serene and private, with no noise from passing cars. The evening sun warmed the terrace. The beds were comfortable. The house had ample space for our group of 8.

The property is surrounded by ponds and features a very old chestnut tree and beautifully cut grass. It felt like the whole park belonged to us. The location is perfect, with Žemaitė Museum only 7 km away and the Cold War exposition in Plokščiai around 10 km from here. Both are definitely worth a visit. The owners of Stay Lagom were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Clean and spacious apartments, with beautiful surroundings including a pond and well-kept grounds. Friendly and helpful host. Convenient location for visiting nearby attractions such as museums and expositions. Would recommend for a relaxing stay in the area.
